Press the meal button to record what you eat.

You can add up to 10 eaten items.

・Record meal

1. Press the “mea”l button.

If you press/tap for a long time, step 2/step 3 will be skipped.

The current date and time will be set.

2. Select the year, month, and day and press “Next”.

3. Enter the time and press OK.

4. Enter what you ate and press the save button.
